Eric M. Banhazl, Chairman
Eric Banhazl has over 33 years of mutual fund and financial services experience.
As Chairman and Owner of MFAC, Eric oversees all aspects of the company.
Eric serves as an Interested Trustee for the Investment Managers Series Trust (IMST) and Investment Managers Series Trust II (IMST II)
Eric started his career at Price Waterhouse, in the Investment Company Services Group, after receiving his M.B.A. He organized a new fund group at L.F. Rothschild Fund Management, Inc. and served as Vice President and Director of Finance, Compliance and Operations. He then joined Huntington Advisors, Inc as Vice President of Operations. From there, Eric joined The Wadsworth Group as a Senior Partner and Executive Vice President. The Wadsworth Group was a full-service mutual fund services company until it was acquired by U.S. Bancorp Fund Services, LLC in 2001. He continued his career at U.S. Bancorp and resigned in August 2006. In 2007, Eric founded MFAC.

Joy Ausili, Co-CEO
Joy Ausili has over 28 years of mutual fund and financial services experience.
As Co-CEO of MFAC, Joy manages all aspects of the Fund Administrative services
Joy serves as Vice President and Assistant Secretary for Investment Managers Series Trust and Investment Managers Series Trust II.
Joy started her career in 1987 at Huntington Advisors, Inc. as a mutual fund accountant and contributed to other service areas, including: Shareholder Servicing and Blue-Sky Administration. In 1991, she joined RNC Capital Management Services, where she worked as a mutual fund administrator, an assistant portfolio manager and a fixed-income trader. Joy joined The Wadsworth Group in 1997 as a manager of mutual fund administration until it was acquired by U.S. Bancorp Fund Services, LLC in 2001. She continued her career at U.S. Bancorp until September 2006. In October 2007, Joy joined MFAC.
Joy attended California State University (B.S. in Finance) and obtained a Paralegal certificate from the University of La Verne.
Rita Dam, Co-CEO
Rita Dam has over 28 years of mutual fund and financial services experience.
As Co-CEO of MFAC, Rita manages all aspects of the Fund Administrative services.
Rita serves as Treasurer for the Investment Managers Series Trust, Investment Managers Series Trust II and the Guinness Atkinson Funds.
Rita started her career in 1989 at Coopers & Lybrand, LLP as an audit member of the financial services group. She was involved in audits of manufacturing companies, employee pension plans, non-profit organizations, and real estate companies. Rita joined The Wadsworth Group in 1994 and was Senior Vice President of mutual fund administration until it was acquired by U.S. Bancorp Fund Services, LLC in 2001. She continued her career at U.S. Bancorp and managed the west coast mutual fund administration operations until September 2006. In October 2007, Rita joined MFAC.
Rita attended California State University, Los Angeles (B.A. in Business Administration, Accounting and Economics) and is a CPA and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Teri Guindon, Chief Operating Officer
Teri Guindon has over 28 years of mutual fund and financial services experience.
As Chief Operating Officer, Teri is responsible for the Operations of MFAC, including Office Management, Human Resources and Information Technology.
Teri started her financial services career in 1989 at Provident Investment Counsel working with the COO. Her responsibilities included SEC compliance and Human Resources. She joined The Wadsworth Group in 1995 as Office Manager and Executive Assistant until it was acquired by U.S. Bancorp Fund Services, LLC in 2001. Teri continued her career at U.S. Bancorp until September 2006. In October 2007, she joined MFAC.
Teri attended Pasadena City College, CA and studied Business Economics and Accounting.
Diane Drake, Managing Director & Senior Counsel
Diane Drake has over 24 years of mutual fund and financial services experience.
As Managing Director & Senior Counsel of MFAC, Diane is responsible for overseeing the production and review of various filings made with the Securities and Exchange Commission, including registration and proxy statements as well as other regulatory filings. She also provides analysis and legal support on various 1940 Act matters.
Diane serves as Secretary to the Investment Managers Series Trust and Investment Managers Series Trust II
After completing law school, Diane joined Rodney Square Capital Management, an affiliate of Wilmington Trust, in their Regulatory Administration group. From 1998 to 2001, Diane was an Associate with the Investment Management Group at Stradley, Ronon, Stevens and Young LLP in their Philadelphia office. In 2001, Diane joined Turner Investment Partners as Deputy Counsel and was responsible for servicing the Turner Funds as well as affiliated hedge funds. From 2003 to 2010, Diane served as Counsel in BNY Mellon’s Regulatory Administration Department and from 2010 to 2015, she was Managing Director & Senior Counsel. Diane joined MFAC in 2015.
Diane attended Lafayette College, Easton Pennsylvania (B.A. Government and Law) and Widener University, Delaware Law School (J.D.). She is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association
Sardjono Kadiman, Managing Director
Sardjono Kadiman has over 19 years of mutual fund administration experience.
As Managing Director of MFAC, Sardjono manages the Client Services Department.
Sardjono serves as Assistant Treasurer for the Investment Managers Series Trust & Investment Managers Series Trust II.
Sardjono joined The Wadsworth Group in 1998, as a Mutual Fund Administrator until it was acquired by U.S. Bancorp Fund Services, LLC in 2001. He continued his career at U.S. Bancorp until May 2008. In July 2008, Sardjono joined MFAC.
Sardjono attended Loyola Marymount University (B.B.A. in Business Administration, Finance) and Azusa Pacific University (M.B.A)
Lyna Phan, Managing Director
Lyna Phan has over 13 years of mutual fund and financial services experience.
As Managing Director of MFAC, Lyna manages the Financial Reporting Department.
Lyna serves as Assistant Treasurer of investment Managers Series Trust, Investment Managers Series Trust II, and the Guinness Atkinson Funds.
Lyna started her career in 1999 at American Golf Corporation in Santa Monica, CA as a staff accountant. She joined U.S. Bancorp Fund Services in 2005, as a Mutual Fund Administrator. In November 2010, Lyna joined MFAC.
